Shipping policy

We ship worldwide!

Australia: We offer a $10 AUD flat rate for standard and $15 AUD flat rate for express Australia wide or free standard shipping on all orders over $200 AUD.

New Zealand: We offer a flat rate international shipping of $15 AUD to New Zealand or free standard shipping for orders over $250 AUD.

Shipping times & tracking: Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing the order, subject to all items being in stock. If the items you have ordered cannot be fulfilled we will contact you to advise. International orders may take longer to ship out due to the extra paperwork associated with oversees orders. Occasionally, orders may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched.

All orders (domestic and international) may experience time delays due to customs clearance or postal service processes. This is unfortunately out of our control.

You will be emailed with a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.
